Featured Artist of the Season: Lucy Eyears

Lucy Eyears is an emerging artist from Santa Barbara, CA. Currently living and working in Los Angeles, Eyears is known for her abstract expression paintings. Referencing nature motifs and color, her work merges luminous shapes with subconscious brush strokes. Eyears builds up her surfaces with growing shapes, challenging negative space. Widely inspired by contemporary art history, Eyears vision breaks down the walls of her surroundings and repositions them in a new aesthetic reality.

Since receiving her BFA in Studio Art from University of Colorado, Eyears continues to work and exhibit throughout Los Angeles.
